Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSBP1104Q1105(a). This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document incorporates provisions an clauses and are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16. This requirement is solicited as non-restricted. The NAICS code is 1120 with a size standard of 21.0 Million. Contractor's are still required to identify their company's business size even though unrestricted. Clin 0001: Full Service Maintenance for the following equipment and estimated monthly usage.: Canon Color Copiers: IR8500 usage 35,296 per month, Clin 0002: IR8500 usage 54,927 per month, Clin 0003: IR8500 usage 44,279 per month, Clin 0004: IR3300G usage 4,562 per month, Clin 0005: IR3300G usage 3200 per month,: Clin 0006: IR600, usage 15,824 per month, Clin 0007: IR550 Usage 21,332 per month, Clin 0008: CLC1120 usage 475 per month, Clin 0009: CLC1180 6,793 per month, Clin 0010: CLC5000 usage 86,925 per month Clin 0011: CLC3900 usage 13,793 per month. Clin 0012, IR3300G 10,653 per month usage, Clin 0013-CLC5000 62088.0 per month, Clin 0014 IR105 79,333 copies per month, Clin 0015 IR105 113,438 per month, Clin 0016- IR105 129,438.0 usage per month. Clin 0017: excess copy charges for both black and white and color copies for each machine. Full Service Maintenance shall include all parts, labor, travel and service for the copier and all accessories. Deliver To: Customs and Border Protection, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington DC 20229. Period of Performance: anticipated to be one year.
