Description

This commercial item contract is be awarded to Pacific Applied Technology, Inc., 2008 C Street, Vancouver, WA to renew a proprietary software site license (PAT)including warranty for a period of 1 year and 2 option years.This PAT software will allow the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP)to access FBI's National Crime Information Center (NCIC), the National Law Enforcement Communications System (NLETS) and the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS), as part of its Treasury Enforcement Communications System (TECS). The PAT package is a proprietary software of which the title, macros, methodologies, modules and associated documentation is solely owned by PAT including all copyrights. As a result, it has determined that no other firm can provide this type of software in order to meet and satisfy CBP's requirements and needs.
