Description

The Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA has a requirement for Preventative maintenance service and emergency repair service on 5 (five) elevators located at New Cumberland, PA 17070. This service is for a period of 1 (one) year beginning 1 February 2004 through 31 January 2005 with 4 (four) option years. Services should be provided Monday through Friday (except Government Holidays). Contractor must provide own tools and equipment to make repairs and perform maintenance. Emergency calls must be billed separately from routine maintenance with labor and parts billed separately. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333921. The small business size standard is 500. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
