- This is a modification to the original presolicitation notice. Subject solicitation closing date is amended to read February 9, 2004, 5:00 EST. Award will be made on a line item basis. Various clauses and changes to solicitation incorporated. Delivery requirements were changed. RFP, IDT03149005100, Solicitation Period: 15 days, Issued date: October 16, 2003, Closing date: October 30, 2003. This solicitation contains 40 NSNs, 6260 and 9390 stock class. Items are sole source to Omniglow Corporation (0BY83). This is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation is for a two year base and contains an option to extend the contract for 3 additional years. Delivery destinations shall be to Continental United States. The solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home.
