FOB Dest., Delivery 150 days ADC. Destination: Tracy, CA. New Cumberland, PA and Anniston, AL. Notes 1 and 26 apply. Written questions pertaining to this acquisition only, may be submitted by email to edwin.lochner@dla.mil. Questions submitted later than 10 days prior to the closing may not be answered timely. All email regarding this solicitation shall only be titled: SP056004R0053. Failure to comply may be cause for late response, or complete failure to respond. Do not provide attachments on any email, as these submissions will not be opened, regardless of title. Drawings are accessed during the open solicitation period, through the PROGATE. (http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home) Access through internet search engines, such as YAHOO using the word PROGATE is also possible. Once on the site, if you need assistance there are a number of contacts/phone numbers, do not call the Buyer. This email is for assistance if you determine that drawings on PROGATE are actually not available or incomplete. dscpdrawings@dscp.dla.mil Amendment 0002 Due to technical difficulties with PROGATE, the offer period is extended to 27 Jan 2004, 1:00PM (local Philadelphia time. ) Offerors are encouraged to submit responses by facsimile to the BID Room at 215-737-9216, or 215-737-8414, or 215-737-9300. Offerprs experiencing difficulty obtaining PROGATE copies may request a facsimile copy providing only their facsimilenumber. Such requests shall be submitted by e-mail only to edwin.lochner@dla.mil and titled 'SP056003R0220 facsimile request' Drawings should be obtained on PROGATE, if difficulty is experienced drawings may otherwise be obtained by telephone to 215-737-7154/7140. Drawing requests by telephone may take up to 5 days. Vendors are cautioned to submit telephone requests for drawings timely. Amendment 0001 is cancelled.
