- Description
- The Portland VA Medical Center requires a commercially available maintenance and repair contract for Government owned Pneumatic Tube System for the period of February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005 with options to extend for up to four additional years. This commercial contract requires that the contractor can respond to an emergency situation within 4 hours on site. Contractor will provide all labor, and materials for maintenance of the pneumatic tube system and will provide preventative maintenance of the system, adjustments,canister maintenance and un-repairable canister replacement. NAICS Code is 811310. The bid package will be available on or about January 14, 2004 electronically Free at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizops.gov. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted. Electronic Bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. It is essential for bidders to register on the Solicitation Mailing List Application for this solicitation to receive notification of any/all amendments.
