- Description
- 65--CUSTOM SURGICAL HEART PACKS STERILE CUSTOM SURGICAL HEART PACKS to consist of table pack and pump pack for use in open heart surgery. All items are to be placed in line as shown in the drawings. Pack includes one hollow fiber membrane oxygenator with venous reservoir and integral cardiotomy reservoir. Contract will be for one year upon award with 4, one-year, renewal options. All requests must be received in writing. Award is expected by February 2004. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the commercial item format in FAR 12.303. No telephone requests will be accepted.
