- Description
- This synopsis is for a solicitation for Land Mobile Radio Maintenance services at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform troubleshooting, repair, Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI?s), installation, and removal of commercial radio communications equipment and systems on both a recurring and a nonrecurring basis as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor personnel may be required to travel to any point (location) under the responsibility of Mountain Home, AFB up to a radial distance of 100 miles. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the PWS. Proposed contract is 100% small business set a-side. Period of performance will be 1 March 2004 thru 28 February 2005, with 4 one-year options, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. NAICS code 811211 and the Service Contract Act apply. Anticipated issue date for Request for Quotes is 30 January 2004. It will be available only via the Electronic Posting System (EPS). No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
