Description

The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiated with General Dynamics, Armament and Technical Products (GD-ATP), 2000 Brunswick Lane, Deland, FL 32724, under the authority of 10 U.S.C., Section 2304(c)(1) for the manufacture and delivery of sixteen (16) initial fielding packages (IFPs) to support the Joint Biological Point Detection System under a proposed Firm Fixed Price modification. The contractor is considered to have the resources, experience and capabilities to meet the re quirement within the program schedule. See Note 22.
