Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue on a sole source basis a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to place a class of orders for the duration of three years with Pioneer UAV, Inc. (PUI), 9 Schilling Rd., Hunt Valley, MD 21030-0738. These orders will consist of supplies and services that include engineering, technical and field support, logistical and maintenance support, repair of repairables, spares and repair parts, retrofits and installation of engineering changes and associated technical data supporting the Pioneer Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Program. PUI is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Pioneer UAV system and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. For subcontracting opportunities, interested parties may identify their technical capabilities and submit appropriate information that shall be considered by the Naval Air Systems Command.
