Description

The purpose of this amendment is to delete the original PRESOLICITATION NOTICE issued 12/12/03 date, and replace it with the following COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. This amendment revises some specifications, adds addenda to FAR 52.212-1 Evaluation ? Instructions to Offerors, replaces the clause FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation ? Instructions to Offerors with a revised text Evaluation ? Commercial Items, and adds FAR 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item. The date for receipt of quotations will be extended until January 22, 2004. The amendment can be located through the 2.0 Contracts Competency home pages at: https://contracts.nawcwd.navy.mil/rfp-nawc.htm.
