Reference Solicitation W914NS-04-R-0006. This amendment is issued to the preceding solicitation synopses to incorporate the following changes. 1. A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for 21 January 2004 and will be held at the Dulles Airpor t Marriott located at 45020 Aviation Drive, Dulles Virginia 20166. Amendment 1 to the RFP has been issued and is available on the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) website at www.rebuilding-iraq.net. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged or are specified in the RFP.
