- This notification hereby cancels the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington (FISCNORDETWASH) solicitation number N00600-04-R-0071 in its entirety. Solicitation N00600-04-R-0071 was originally synopsized on 12 Jan 2004, FISCNORDETWASH appreciates all inquiries it has received concerning the subject solicitation. THIS SYNOPSIS HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY, Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis with West Group Inc. The proposed acquisition is to provide services to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. Nat?l/Int?l Wire Service, Magazines; Legal News, Legal Cases/ Briefs, Federal, .State, USSC; Federal Law, USCS ?
