- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is requesting a firm fixed price quotation for subject Request for Quotation (RFQ) HSBP10040048 for the purchase and delivery of various pieces of office furniture to Poti, Georgia (formerly Republic of Georgia). The RFQ is posted as an attachment to this FedBizOpps synopsis. All prices shall be provided in US Dollars (USD); and all documents shall be submitted in the English language. This procurement is being conducted under procedures set forth in FAR Part 12. Quotations are to be submitted via facsimilie to the American Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia before 4:00PM (16:00 hours) local Tbilisi time February 4, 2004. Local fax number is 995-32-775-026. All payments by the Government will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Any questions pertaining to this procurement must be transmitted to the Contracting Officer not later than 2:00PM EST (14:00 hours) on January 27, 2004.
