Shelf life is 36 months. First Article. Contractor Inspection required. Three bottles required for First Article, First Article report per Specification. Line Item 0001, Location SRG, Richmond, VA, Line Item 0002, Location AQ5, Tracy, CA. This is Critical Application Item. Second NSN is: 6850-00-185-0423, SPEC Number MIL-PRF-25567E, Line Item 0001, Location SRG, Richmond, VA, Line Item 0002, Location AQ5, Tracy, CA. Both Line Items are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, QAP 010 applies. NSN: 6850-00-621-1819, Leak Detection Compound, Unit polyethylene is 4 fluid ounces net. First Article Sample size is 32 Bottles. Test Report per Specification, compound shall be packaged in 4 ounce squeeze type. Clear Polyethylene bottle with a dispenser spout or tube applicator. Line item 0001, Location SRG, Richmond, VA, Line Item 0002, AQ5 Tracy, CA. Both line items are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, QAP 010 applies. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. This will result in IQC, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation.
