- PR: LTC04008017309. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-01-021-8124; Door, Aircraft. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one-year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 16 each for the Base Year and 16 each for all Option Years. First Article Government Testing is required. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control apply. Government furnished mylars apply. QAP 008. An ?Export Control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet. The internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated.
