Description

The work shall consist of, but not limited to, providing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and performing all work necessary for the replacement of existing fluorescent lighting systems with energy-efficient T8 lamps and electronic ballast lighting systems with reflectors, replacing incandescent lighting systems with compact fluorescent lighting systems, replacing incandescent exit light systems with LED exit light systems, installing motion detectors, installing KWH meters, and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. NOTE(1): THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT. NOTE(2): FUNDS ARE PRESENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE US GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.
