Description

The U. S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, intends to negotiate and award to ITT Industries of Clifton, NJ, a modification under Contract No. USZA95-02-C-0009, AASE/SIRFC Integration. The authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, is applicable. The government intends to purchase a quantity of 2,270 each Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), Xilinx P/N XC4028EX-3HQ240I, and a quantity of 489 each Field Programmable Gate Array, Xilinx P/N XC4036EX-3HQ240I. The North American Industrial Code for this procurement is 336413 and the business size standard is 1000 employees. Inspection and Acceptance shall be performed by the government at destination. FOB point is Destination. The anticipated modification shall be firm fixed-price. This is a DO-A1 rated order. Desired delivery is 90 days after date of award.
