Description: Exclusive Use Helicopter Services (Type III or II) fully operated by qualified personnel and equipped to meet specifications for use in administration and protection of Public Lands. Aircraft shall be certified in accordance with 14 CFR Part 27 paragraph 27.143. Designated Base is Shenango Helibase, Gallatin National Forest, 25 miles south of Bozeman, Montana. Mandatory Availability Period is approximately June 30 to September 20. Term of this contract will be one year with two one-year renewal options.**Response date is now February 20, 2004, COB, MST.**
