Description

Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F2OGFM33180100 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. (iv) Notice: This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 334119 with a size standard not to exceed 1,000 employees. (v) Contract line items: Item 0100 ? 2 each ? Projector and Hookup Material for Toshiba TLP-X4100U LCD Projector. Item 0101 ? 1 each ? Egan Instructor Station 42. Item 0102 ? 1 each ? Sony SRP-X700P Multimedia Mixer. Item 0103 ? 6 each ? Atlas HQ Ceiling Speakers. Item 0104 ? 2 each ? Da-Lite Electric 8 ft x 8 ft Boardroom projector screen Item 0105 ? All mounting brackets, cables (video and audio), control cable for remote, wall plates, lectern wall cable assembly, ceiling grid adapter and brackets. Item 0106 ? Installation and integration of all electronics into cohesive training classroom. See attached Statement of Work. All contractor work that extrudes through outer walls of classroom must be sealed to meet security standards identified within the attached AFI 31-401 chapter 5. If any holes are made to the walls or ceiling, they will need to be sealed. (vi) Line items must be brand name only. After award, contractor must meet with POC to schedule entry into the controlled area. Contractor will provide a list of names of workers entering the controlled area to include name and social security numbers. Workers will provide two forms of identification to include their SSN and photo identification, credit cards will not suffice as identification. (vii) Estimated delivery and installation is 15 March 2004. Place of delivery is 91 OSS, Capt McAlpine, 300 Minuteman Drive Suite 6, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. (viii) The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. (x) Offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with offer (see attachments). (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, - 52.225-1, - 52.232-33, - 52.219-6, 252.232-7003. (xvi) All sources must submit a quote with required Offeror Representations and Certifications by 12:00 pm Central Standard Time on Wednesday, 4 February 2004.
