Description

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 18 Feb 04, 0900 MST at Kirtland Air Force Base, Building 201, the Air Force Research Laboratory's Conference Center. A briefing to industry will be held in the morning with a question and answer session and a site visit in the afternoon. Names of attendees (no more than 3 per company/team) should be submitted to Mr. Paine no later than 16 Feb 04 (willard.paine@kirtland.af.mil). The above information is also included in the Draft solicitation in Section L, paragraph 1.1.3. NOTE: This effort was inadvertantly marked as a HBCU set aside. It is however a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 157110 (1500 employees).
