- Description
- The Government may use the services of MITRE, SYTEX and ACS Defense Systems personnel in an advisory role for the technical evaluation of proposals. The exclusive responsibility for evaluation remains with the Government. Representatives of the foregoing firm(s) participating in the evaluation process will sign a non-disclosure agreement in order to highlight the sensitivity of the evaluation process and to protect any proprietary information within the proposals. Submission of a proposal constitutes permission to release the proposal to the identified firms for evaluation purposes.
