The description of services has been changed to Cultural Resource Management Support Services and the solicitation issue date to read as follows: The solicitation, W91151-04-R-0002 will be issued electronically on or after 28 January 2004 with an anticipated closing date of February 16, 2004. All other remains the same as stated in the Pre-Solicitation Notice.
