***ATTENTION***CONTACT , CONTRACTING OFFICER, PAM MYRES, AMSAM-AC-LS-C, EMAIL PAM. MYRES@REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX4T1027AXAX, and AX4T1037AX, NSN: 5340-01-318-0077, PN: 6064T39P02, Quantity: 182 each, applicable to the T-700, UH-60 Helicopter, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The Required delivery is 182 each, 120 days after contract award (DA CA). This item is restricted to, General Electric Co. 99207, and Shaw Aero Devices, 99321, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-ST D-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation mus t be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone requests will be accepted.
