Description

FSC 6230 Quotation Number N68335-04-T-0012 is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAVAIR, Lakehurst, NJ requires the acquisition of 1 each of an Emergency Wave-Off Panel, Drawing Number 623823-1 and 2 each of Wave-Off Monitors, Drawing Number 413449-1. The request for quote will require a first article testing unit, inspection/acceptance at source, higher level quality assurance MIL-I-45208, certification of quality conformance with sampling rates and delivery schedule of 180 days. All requests for copies of the drawings must contain a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, contact Defense Logistics Information Service at (800) 352-3572 or www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/documents.htm. The certified DD2345 shall be sent to Debbie Dewyea at Facsimile 732-323-7192 or E-Mail: Deborah.dewyea@navy.mil requesting the drawing package.
