Description

This synopsis is for the procurement of spare and repair parts for E-2C Training Devices 15F8A, 15F8C, and the E-2C Integrated Systems Maintenance Trainers (ISMTs) located at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Pt. Mugu, CA and Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, VA. The spare and repair parts to be procured are a Complete Mission Computer Replacement (MCR), part number 1C003AD110000, Qty. 2, and MCR Complete Spare Module Set, part number 1C003SA110200, Qty.2. Delivery will be no later than eighteen months from contract award. Shipment will be F.o.b. Origin. These spare and repair parts will be awarded on a sole source basis to the original equipment manufacturer, Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corp., One Rancho Carmel, San Diego, CA 92128-3403 with the place of performance being Northrop Grumman?s facility located at 1900 Founders Drive, Kettering, OH 45420. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice shall be received NLT 4 February 2004. See FBO numbered note 22.
