Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure top and bottom slitter knives from the Industrial Knife Company, Upper Marloboro, MD. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
