Description

BID OPENING DATE: 3 MARCH 2004 AT 2:00 P.M. ET. SYNOPSIS: Contractor to furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the rehabilitation of moorings located at U.S. Coast Guard SSD Peoria, IL. The work includes but not limited to replacing steel pipe pile dolphins with new steel pipe piles coated with abrasion resistant epoxy coating, replacing timber fender piles, constructing asphaltic concrete pavement extension, resurface asphaltic concrete pavement, paint parking stall pavement lines and precast car stops, and re-install painted precast car stops. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million. Estimated construction price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Performance period is sixty (60) calendar days. Bid Opening Date is 3 March 2004 at 2:00 P.M. ET. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available.
