Description

The Department of Air Force is seeking qualified entities for a housing privatization project at McGuire AFB and Fort Dix, New Jersey. The project provides a unique opportunity for top quality firms to assist in the development, operation and financing of this family housing privatization effort. Specifically, the Air Force is seeking qualified entities to own, renovate, operate, and maintain 2,435 Family Housing Units on McGuire AFB and Fort Dix for the benefit of military families for at least 50 years. The Government?s goal is to provide military families access to safe, secure, quality, affordable, well-maintained housing in a community where they will choose to live. An Industry Forum will be conducted on March, 3 ? 4, 2004 at the Hilton, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The purpose of the forum is to provide pertinent information on the project.
