Description

This is a restricted requirement for NSN: 5855-01-254-3087SO; P/N: DT4001 or 2953210-1; Noun: Twist Capsule; Appl: MC-130P/H aircraft for the AAQ15/17. This requirement is for a basic contract period with a quantity of 6 each. There is a basic option quantity range of 1-5 each. The total estimated quantity to be bought is 11 each. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 6 each due by 30 November 2004. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued. The sources to be solicited are Poly-Scientific (1K426) and Electro-Tech (98089). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
