You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, Pam Myres, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-876-5311. NO TELEPHONE REQU EST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX3C0119AX, NSN: 1680-00-876-8766, PN: 114C1217-1, Quantity: 224 each applicable to CH-47 Airframe, delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article is 30 each 345 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 30 eac h per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery without First Article is 30 each 230 DACA and 30 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery with Alternate II is 30 each 288 DACA and 30 each per month therea fter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Jaco Engineering, Cage Code: 1H427 and Boeing Helicopter, Cage Code: 77272 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified sources require acquisition of the part from the approved sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offero rs must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete f or future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annota ted is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed thro ugh their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
