PRON: AX4J0049X, NSN: 1615-01-014-6005, PN: 205-040-004(-021), Quantity: 22 each, plus two 100% options, applicable to UH-1 Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 22 each, 263 Days After Contract Award. Required Delivery Schedule witho ut First Article Testing 22 each, 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required Delivery Schedule with Alternate II is 22 each, 219 Days After Contract Award. Airframe. Deliveries for a quantity of 22 going to East Rockaway, NY 11518-1235. This item is restricted to the approved source(s): Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. F irms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
