Description

North American Industry Class Systems Code is 333512. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The items to be procured are one each Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) bar and chucking four axis lathe, ??????brand name or equal?????? to Okuma Model LU-400 2SC (650)(Big Bore)and one each Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) bar and chucking four axis lathe ??????brand name or equal?????? to Okuma Model LT 300M(Big Bore). The Lathes shall be of a slant bed design and supplied with a chip conveyor, tooling package, installation and operator training. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, Indiana. This procurement shall be a Firm-Fixed price contract issued full and open competitive. All contractors who provide goods and services to the Department of Defense shall be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). Your company may register via the Internet at www.ccr2000.com or call CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Request For Quotation (RFQ) W52P1J-04-Q-3003 shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or around 6 feb 04 with a closing date of 30 days after issuance.
