- CBD COMBINED/SYNOPSIS SOLICTATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This proposed action is for ?Police Traffic Vests?. This announcement # PPD-04-014 constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CLIN 0001: Police Traffic Safety Vests; High Visibility Yellow, wording POLICE on FRONT and BACK; Reflective ? SIZE MEDIUM - Qty: 50 CLIN 0002: Police Traffic Safety Vests; High Visibility Yellow, wording POLICE on FRONT and BACK; Reflective. SIZE LARGE ? Qty: 75 CLIN 0003: Police Traffic Safety Vests; High Visibility Yellow, wording POLICE on FRONT and BACK; Reflective. SIZE X ? LARGE ? Qty: 75 CLIN 0004: Police Traffic Safety Vests; High Visibility Yellow, wording POLICE on FRONT and BACK; Reflective. SIZE: XX ? LARGE ? Qty: 50. SAFETY VEST SPECIFICATIONS: Must be ANSI/ISEA (Industry Standard Definition) 107-1999 design. 775 square inches high visibility background material combined with at least 201 square inches of Scotchlite (Industry standard and definition) retro reflective material. Must be made from a High visibility yellow rip stop (Industry Standard Definition) fabric. Reflective striping, at least 1.5 inches wide, mounted on black ribbon for maximum contrast. Must have break-away style shoulders and sides. Must have pen/penlight openings on both front cross straps and wide panels (front and back).
