Description
PROVIDE WORKSHOP SUPPORT SERVICES FOR NOAA?s NATIONAL MARINE PROTECTED AREAS-SCIENCE INSTITUTE (NMPAC-SI) CENTERS. NMPAC-SI WILL BE HOSTING THREE (3) WORKSHOPS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS. PROSPECTIVE VENDOR IWLL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE NMPAC-SI STAFF TO 1) COORDINATE ALL TRAVEL TO THE WORKSHOP AND DIRECTLY REIMBURSE ALL INVITEES; 2) COORDINATE ALOL CONTRACTUAL ACTIVITIES WITH THE DESIGNATED HOTEL AND RELATED SERVICES TO ENABLE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE WORKSHOPS; AND 3) CONTRACT WITH DESIGNATED SUB-CONTRACTORS TO GENERATE VARIOUS NOTES, SUMMARIES, AND REPORTS NEEDED AT THE END OF THE WORKSHOP. Submit request for solicitation in writing via fax (preferred) or email. Written requests only. THIS IS A SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION WITH AN ESTIMATED VALUE OF LESS THAN $100,000. The Western Administrative Support Center, Acquisition Management Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) before October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov/. In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
