- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W912NS-04-T-0027 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFP), and incorporates provisions and clauses those are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-19. Th e North American Industry Classification System code is 333319. This is 100% set-aside for small business. CLIN 0001 AND 0002 Each Requirement (Total of 2 systems) is for 1 each of combat pistol qualification course (CPQC) automation range upgrade ???? ?? functionality and performance equal to 5 lanes, AC power, Radio Control with Caswell Target Mechanisms ?????? each system to consist of: one Model RM9K Rangemaster 9000 Computer control system, each system includes Windows operating system, 17 inch mon itor, laser printer uninterruptible power supply; one each Model RZ9 computer radio interface; 47 each model AA9 stationary infantry target, AC power, radio control (incl 2 floats); one each support1 technical support, first day; 4 each support2 technical support, additional days (technical support to include installation and training on site in Neosho, Missouri and Nevada, Missouri); CLIN 0003 Requirement is for 1 each of M60 machine gun upgrade machine gun transition (MGTR) automation range, 2 lanes, AC power, radio control with Caswell Target mechanisms - consisting of - functionality and performance equal to Caswell ?????? 1 each Model RM9K Rangemaster 9000 computer control system, which includes windows operating system, 17 inch monitor, laser print er uninterruptible power supply; 1 each model RZ9 computer radio interface; 17 each Model AA9 stationary infantry target, AC power, radio control (incl 1 float); 6 each PN 84917 double target arm for AA9. Used at 400, 600 and 800 meters; 1 each support1 t echnical support, first day and 4 each support2 technical support, additional days (on site ?????? see above). Desired and required time of delivery is February 2004. Prices are to be FOB destination to Missouri, zip code 64772. Offerors who fail to fol low the format and requirements listed in CLINs 1 through 3 may be found unacceptable. This will be a best value award based on following evaluation factors (listed in order of importance): Meeting technical requirements of the Government; delivery date ; past performance of vendor and pricing.
