Description

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for 3/8 inch and 7/16 inch steel wire strand in support of bank stabilization projects on the Mississippi River. Quantity of 12,600,000 linear feet (900 reels) of 3/8 inch and 5,000,000 linear feet (500 reels) of 7/16 inch steel wire strand is required in strict accordance with detailed specifications outlined in Request for Quotations. Awardee must be able to deliver no less than 300 reels of 3/8 inch and 160 reels of 7/16 inc h by 15 Jun 2004. Remaining quantity must be delivered no later than 1 Nov 2004. Issue date on or around 27 Jan 2004. Quotation due date on or around 6 Feb 2004. Complete commercial item Request for Quotations (RFQ) W912EE-04-T-0015 containing specificat ions will be available after issue date on the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office Web Page at http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/contract/ THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. Numbered note 12 applies.
