Description
The Naval Air Warfare Systems Command (NAVAIR) Orlando, Training Systems Division (TSD) intends to issue a an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Time & Materials contract for a duration of a base year with four one year options with ISERA Group, LLC, 135 East Ortega Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 to provide Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) and Technical Support for the family of Training Oriented User?s Resource Scheduler (TOURS) products. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.? PDSS is required for TOURS products and OnSchedule products. This support is not limited to Navy TOURS customers. The PDSS shall include product updates and upgrades as deemed necessary by the customers. The current lists of TOURS products are the following: 1) CSS, Class Scheduling System 2) FTS, Flight Training System 3) RTS, Recruit Training Scheduler 4) FSM, Feasibility Support Module 5) AIMRD, Automated Instructor Manpower Requirements Determination 6) FTSatg, Afloat Training Group Scheduler 7) ECPM, Enterprise Capacity Planning Module 8) BRS, Blended Resource Scheduler 9) RCP, Regional Capacity Planner 10) FTS, Fleet Training Scheduler for the Fleet 11) ASM, Air Space Management for Flight 12) OnSchedule Class 13) OnSchedule Flight 14) OnSchedule Personnel. TOURS Technical Support is required in support of the end users of TOURS and OnSchedule products. This support shall include both offsite and onsite technical support. This task is not limited to Navy TOURS customers. The following sub tasks shall be inclusive in the Technical support of TOURS and OnSchedule: 1) Operator training 2) Maintain training curriculum 3) HW technical support 4) SW technical support 5) Scheduling support 6) SME support 7) Data collection and analysis.
