Description: This is synopsis for informational purposes only for a modification to an existing contract N00406-99-D-5209 with Mantech Advanced Systems International, Inc. to add level-of-effort to the contract. The contract is for engineering, technical and scientific support services for various ship silencing programs in support of the NSWC Detachment Puget Sound. This modification is a sole source that will add 30,560 man-hours to the current period of performance Lot V. There is no solicitation to provide, as this is a sole source modification to an existing contract. Please do not request a copy of a solicitation, as there is no solicitation to provide.
