Description

THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. 1. In accordance with FAR 5.101(a), As required by the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416), contracting officers must disseminate information on proposed contract actions as follows: IAW 5.101(a)(2), for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $10,000, but not expected to exceed $25,000, by displaying in a public place, or by any appropriate electronic means, an unclassified notice of the solicitation. 2. This serves as an unclassified notice of a solicitation for a cyclone unit dust collection system, reference number FE462632730088. A description of the dust collection system may be obtained by contacting Linda Redding, 341CONS/LGCP, Contract Specialist, at (406) 731-4015. This notice will be posted for ten days, namely 26 Jan 04-5 Feb 04. 3. All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
