Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a purchase order to Day & Zimmerman, Parsons, Kansas, for the handling and loading for shipment of 30,000 government-owned BLU-97 Standoff Springs located at the Kansas Army Ammunition Plant. It is required that the BLU-97 Standoff Springs arrive at their destination NLT 13 February 2004. All BLU-97 Standoff Springs shall be shipped via a GBL. See Note 22.
