Description
This is a Commercial Item solicitation for rental of miscellaneous equipment to support Incident Base Camps that are set up to support emergency operations, such as fire suppression. Contractors will be required to furnish all equipment, including Copy machines, fax machine, office trailers, tents, area lighting, hand washing units, generators, refrigerated vans, a forklift, pallet jack, folding tables, folding chairs, information board and briefing area, telephones, garbage cans, and electrical hookups. The initial contract period will be through 12/31/2004 and there are 3 optional periods.
