Description

This posting constitues the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis to Thayer Hotel, West Point, NY for hotel rooms for 47 people for 6 days in March and 3 in April 2004. No Solicitation will be issued. Oth er sources were not considered due to transportation issues and the necessity for attendees to have the entire day at the conference located on West Point, NY. Award amount is estimated at $51,183. The statutory authority for other than full and open com petition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The NAICS code is 721110 and the size standard is $6 M. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22.
