Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is seeking an established fulfillment/clearinghouse firm to operate a full-service national publications distribution facility. Publications are provided to the public at no cost. Potential contractors must be small business and hold a GSA Schedule Contract on either Worldwide Schedule No. 738 I (SINs 1, 9) or Logistics Worldwide Schedule No. 874 V. The following are representative activities within the scope of this work: 1. Receive and process requests for publications through a toll free 800 service, voicemail, website/email, fax and letter mail. 2. Warehouse publications, maintain just in-time inventory, track, and complete orders for requests. 3. Develop and maintain mailing lists. 4. Provide project management, staffing and comprehensive reporting of key service level and inventory metrics. 5. Monthly mail out average 3,500 pieces. 6. Services are currently operated in Cincinnati, Ohio by a contractor through a Federal government inter-agency agreement. For consideration in the selection process, please submit a brief firm capability statement and two government project summaries with references for similar work electronically to Joyce.Jackson@eeoc.gov. Capability Statements must be received not later than close of business, 4:00 PM, February 18, 2004.
