Description

DEMOLITION, Solicitation No.: GS-02P-04-DTC-0020, Federal Office Building, 799 United Nations Plaza, New York, New York. This solicitation is being set aside for Small Business Firms Only, and issued under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238910- Demolition of Buildings or Other Structures Construction Contractors. Please be advised that ONLY the following information has changed: The building is a 12-story building of approximately 90,000 square feet with a 2-story auditorium attached by a corridor. Bidding documents will be available on February 26, 2004. The Bid Opening will be March 25, 2004. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held on March 4, 2004; Location: 26 Federal Plaza, 6th Floor Conference Room A, Time 10:00 AM. In addition, there will be a walk through at the building to be demolished on March 6, 2004 at 9:00 A.M. Interested bidders are permitted to send ONLY one person for the walk through.
