- Description
- The General Services Administration is seeking approximately 25,000 square feet of office space and related use space on contiguous and or located on the adjacent floors; along with approximately 30 secured parking space in Tacoma, Washington. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with available commercial or public on site or off site parking shall be considered as award factors in evaluating offers. As of occupancy, the leased space and building shell must meet ADA requirements, the National Fire Act along with local fire codes. Location: CBD of Tacoma. More specifically, 25th Avenue to 6th Avenue and from Fawcett Avenue to Dock Street. All properties within this are will be considered. Space must be located in an professional office building, research, technology or business park that is modern in design with a campus like atmosphere, or on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are of professional and prestigious image in appearance with surrounding development well maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Satisfactory public transportation must be available within a reasonable walking distance of the space offered. Preference is for covered parking beneath or immediately attached to the office building; if detached, not more than 3 blocks away from the entry to the building. Space is to be fully serviced and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: Occupancy is desired for no later than May 1, 2005 Term: Lease term will be for Ten (10) years, (five (5) years firm. Expressions of Interest should include the following: Building name, address; rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot; method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage; common area factor for available space.
