Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has a requirement to award a sole-source, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, firm fixed price contract with Raytheon, St. Petersburg, FL, for the purchase of Multi-mission Advanced Tactical Terminal (MATT) sustainment support which includes, but is not limited to, system evaluation, cost estimates for repair, repairs, returns, refurbishment of existing terminals, upgrades/enhancements, training, technical and other requested support relative to this effort. The authority cited for this procurement is 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Request for Proposal for this acquisition is H92222-04-R-0019. See numbered note 22.
