Description

The purpose of this Amendment 02 is to delete the following instructions under Amendment 01 (Posted February 3, 2004): DELETE the following sentences: ... Because additional information to the combined synopsis (Posted January 29, 2004, Excel Conference 2004, SOL: RFP0408) regarding the terms and conditions of this solicitation will be available on the FEDBIZOpps website about February 5, 2004. Interested parties are instructed NOT to send letters or e-mails or faxes requesting the RFP. SUBSTITUTE: Interested parties ARE instructed to send e-mails or faxes requesting the terms and conditions and representations and certifications to caroline.fowler@eeoc.gov or via FAX at (202) 663-4178. Interested parties must include their facsimile telephone number. Copies of the required terms and conditions and certifications and representations for this solicitation will be sent via facsimile. (NOTE: Due to technical problems/issues, the required terms and conditions and certifications and representations for this solicitation will not be available on the FEDBIZOpps, as previously indicated). As a result of the above the date for receipt of question to the solicitation is extended from COB February 6, 2004 to COB February 9, 2004. The due date and time for receipt of sealed offers remains at 1:30 p.m. Washington, DC local time on February 12, 2004. No other changes.
