Description: The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking a responsible Contractor to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Removal and Replacement of Sidewalks and Realign or Replacement of Existing Curbs Associated with these Sidewalks at Various Locations throughout the U.S. Capitol Complex, Washington, D.C. The expected term of the contract is a base period with four one-year option periods. Task orders will be issued under this contract for the following type of services: removal and replacement of seeded aggregate and plain concrete sidewalks, and realignment of existing curbs or replacement of those curbs deemed hazardous. Seeded Aggregate Sidewalks are approximately 88% of the total dollar value of the work. The Contractor shall have an office located within a 50-mile radius of the U.S. Capitol Building, Washington, D.C. It is estimated that the total value of the work to be performed for the project will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
