Subject item has two approved sources, Raytheon Co., Cage 82577, P/N 3829040-2 and Labinal Components & Systems Inc, Cage 25140, P/N 3829040-2. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-2496. Contracting Officer: Barbara Walker, 804-279-2428. Issue Date: February 24, 2004, Closing Date: March 23, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 199 DARO. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
